Our Team

Ms. Bu To Anh joined ESP in August 2022. Before joining GIZ, To Anh worked as Contract Specialist for a stated – owned enterprise. She has experience in working with international corporations and state representatives as Department of Planning and Invest under Ministry of Defense. To Anh holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Economics at Foreign Trade University, Vietnam and Master’s degree in Marketing, Franchising, Retail & Service, France.

Mr. Luong Anh Hoan holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Economics from The National Economics University. Prior to GIZ, he worked for Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as a C&P-cum-Planning Officer.

Phuong Nga started the Energy Support Program in January 2022 as Administrative Officer/Logistics. She had extensive experience in supporting the development projects/programs for both governmental offices and non-governmental organizations. She also has experience working in administrative and finance support. She graduated from Hanoi National University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology.

Lan Phuong is an Administrative Specialist of the Energy Support Programme in Ho Chi Minh city office. Before joining GIZ Vietnam, Phuong had extensive experience in administration and finance for International NGOs and foreign companies. She had 8 years worked as a Senior Project Assistant at PATH and ILO as well as working experiences in similar roles for foreign companies. Phuong graduated from HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities with a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics.

Before joining GIZ/ESP, Nga had 3 years of experiences working as an Administrative specialist/ Procurements and logistics staff for an ODA project – the Construction of Yen Xa WWTP (belonging to Hanoi City Yen Xa Sewerage System Project). She also worked for more than 2 years as an Assistant to CEO for a Technology Company specializing in designing IoT solutions such as: Smart Agriculture, Smart Home, Smart City, etc. Nga hold a Bachelor degree in Management with concentration on Entrepreneurship from International School, VNU.

Ha My joined the GIZ Energy Support Programme in July, 2021. She is a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors Marketing Management provided by Staffordshire University. Despite being a marketing student, most of her previous working experience is related to administration and project management. Ha My enjoys social activities and spares love for nonprofit missions. In the past, she has worked with Blue Dragon Organization, Pacific Links and Sapa O’Chau to raise awareness of child abuse and human trafficking among her school community. Besides her role at GIZ, she is also an English teacher for non-profit academy, and she has about 200 students from all over the country in her online English class. Ha My has always been interested in sustainable development and environmental protection, therefore she trusts GIZ to guide and help her strengthening her skills and knowledge, hand in hand contributing to the well-being of her country.
